Our wood fired pizzas are handmade with fresh local ingredients, starting with our own naturally leavened wholegrain crust made with locally grown organic stone ground wheat from Northeast Kingdom Grains. We are honored to work with several local farms and businesses to source our meats & produce.
Summer 2023 marks Open Hearth Pizza's fourteenth year traveling our home state of Vermont with our mobile pizza ovens. We are so very grateful to have had such a successful run - Thank you to everyone who came out to a market or hired us for their big day!! Your support means everything.
